Hi everyone! Welcome back to the blog! This weeks recipe is all about keeping things super simple - I'm not even sure if you can call this a recipe it's that easy! As you will be aware by now, the recipe will be vegetarian so you can enjoy it on #meatfreemonday ! A veggie staple for me is sweet potato and so here is how to make a sweet potato grill platter ! Now let's get to the ingredients! - Cauliflower - Pepper - Mushroom - Sweet potato - Beetroot burger - Coconut oil 'frylight' - Cajun seasoning The method; - Place all items on a tin-foiled tray and spray with coconut oil. - Season with cajun spice - Grill at a medium heat for 20 mins; remembering to turn the burger half way through - Enjoy! Back again.....and this week's blog post is going to provide a simple recipe for your sweet breakfast cravings! Overnight oats is a really simple and easy morning recipe to have you feeling filled right up until lunch time. With only approximately 10 minutes prep time, this breakfast option is great for your # meatfreemonday !  Some of the ingredients in this recipe contain dairy - which personally I am trying to cut back on as I feel it has a negative impact on my skin. I have substituted cow's milk for almond milk but I am yet to find a dairy free yoghurt I like! If anyone has any dairy free yoghurt suggestions please leave them in the comments! Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog! If you read my last blog post you will know that this blog is going to contain a yummy, healthy and easy recipe that you can enjoy tomorrow on #meatfreemonday ! One word - PASTA ! Who doesn't enjoy a nice bowl of pasta? Especially with the cold weather now upon us we need those carbs to keep us warm for winter😆! So, this weeks recipe is a roast pepper pesto pasta dish! This is a super quick recipe as it only took me about 10 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to cook! The measurements I will provide is for 4 people, so why not treat your house to a #meatfreemonday  dinner or lunch! With very little ingredients this recipe is also super cheap as the ingredients include; → Pasta (400g) → Roasted Garlic Cloves (4 cloves) → Roasted Red Pepper (4 peppers) → Blanched Almonds (75g) → Cayenne Pepper Seasoning (1tsp) → Olive Oil (2tbsp) → Basil Leaves (optional) Now for the method....
